Hello, I’m Autumn. Welcome to She’s Plant Based. I started sharing my journey on Instagram in 2017. On my Instagram account, I post plant-based recipes, beauty tips, natural remedies and much more. All of my recipes are free of dairy, eggs, fish and meat. In addition, most of my dishes follow food combining and are gluten free + soy free + nut free. I believe to feel, think and look your best, you should nourish your body with whole fresh plant-based foods.
