Do you need some help starting your health journey? Do you feel blocked on your current health journey? In today’s episode, I break down how to get started. I am here to give you confidence and motivation. Many people feel intimidated, overwhelmed and lost. Success, happiness, and health are your birthright. You must get clear on your WHY and discover what health means to YOU. Health is not about the way you look. You must discover what makes you feel good. During this process, you must change your mindset and release any limiting beliefs. Often, we put ourselves in a box and create a ton of rules. Drop the rules, do what makes you feel your best, create a plan, be okay with messing up, and have a support system. When you do these things, you will begin to experience huge shifts.
